How do I add a Quick Note to a Message? Open
To add a Quick Note to an existing message, start by choosing the message in the inbox, and then click on the yellow Notes icon.
Click on the Quick Notes button.
Choose the Quick Note you’d like to add from the popup list.
After the Quick Note populates the box, click Save Notes.
The Quick Note will show in the Notes thread, as well as in the Conversation thread. It is clearly marked as a note, and is viewable internally, but not by the Mobile End User.

How do I add Emojis to a message? Open
To add Emojis to an existing Conversation, click on the Conversation you’d like to respond to, and then click on the blue + icon in the SMS section.
When the menu pops up, choose the Smiley Face icon from the popup menu.
When the Emoji Library pops up, choose your emoji and click the Send arrow.
The message with the emoji will show in the Conversation thread.
How do I add graphics to a message? Open
To add graphics to a message, start by choosing the Conversation you’d like respond to, and then clicking on the blue + icon at the bottom of the SMS section of the inbox.
Click on the green MMS icon from the popup menu.
When the popup box opens, choose where you’d like to add the image from.
Hover your cursor over the left-hand side menu and it will open the available options. Then follow the usual steps to add your image.
Once you add the image, you will have the option to make a few edits. When you’re ready, click Upload.
The image will now show in the message field. When you’re ready to send the message, click the Send arrow.
The image will show in the message thread.
How do I insert Tag Replace? Open
To start, choose the Conversation you’d like respond to, and then click on the blue + icon at the bottom of the SMS section of the inbox.
Click on the purple Tag Replace icon from the popup menu.
When the Tag Replace options pop up, choose the ones you’d like to use, and they will populate the message field. When you’re done, click the blue Send icon.
The message using the tags you chose will now show in the message thread.

Tag Replace allows an agent to insert a name and/or the company name without having to type it.
Can I send a message to an MEU if there’s already an open Conversation? Open
No. If there is an open conversation with a MEU, you will be unable to open another conversation with that MEU until the original conversation is closed.
